We’ve all been there.. We have a vacation or event in the near future & waited for the last minute to lose a few pounds. Panic mode sets in & you’re scraping for ways to shed a few inches.  You start using lifelines: phoning a friend,  googling “how to lose weight in 24 days,” anything that is doable. Well.. We want to help! Here are 11 of the most bizarre ways to lose weight.

1.Sniff a banana, apple, or peppermint.

2. Eat a bigger breakfast than diner.

3. Jog 1 lap around the house for each piece of  junk mail you receive.

4. Tie a ribbon around your waist.

5. Hang a mirror opposite your seat at the dinner table.

6. Stick to wrapped candy.

7. Light a vanilla- scented candle.

8. Surround yourself with blue.

9. Turn the lights up & the music down.

10. Eat three fewer bites.

11. Take pictures of your food & look at it again before you eat it.
