Since stepping onto the music scene, Meghan Trainor has made it clear that she’s proud to be a curvy, beautiful girl that possess hips, thighs, & a butt! She’s so proud- she even wrote a song about it (“All About That Bass” for those of you who have just come out of your caves). Trainor recently released her video for her newest single, “Me Too” & was surprised when she saw screenshots on Instagram that were obviously altered with photoshop. “I’m the poster child for no photoshop!” While Trainor admitted that she had requested any visible peach fuzz or moles be scrubbed from the clip, she added, “I never said, ‘Cut off my rib.'” After seeing the images, Meghan immediately called Epic Records boss L.A. Reid and label executive Sylvia Rhone to demand it be taken down, which it was. “If you look at the picture, it’s really awful,” Trainor said. “Surgery would’ve had to do this.” She added: “I worked so hard, that was a 22-hour shoot, that was 2 a.m., I had Spanx, a corset — I had everything. I couldn’t have gotten more compliments that night of, ‘Oh, you look so snatched.’ And for them to cut off another half, I was like, ‘But why would I wear all that torture?'” A new version of the video has since been put up with out any photoshop .
